Position Summary

• Within the Logistics department, you will provide solutions to your internal customers with regard to all Logistics, Transportation, Documentation, Regulation, Customs and general information requests.
• The Logistics department is highly involved in the ERP Project

Job Responsibilities

• Handle all transport requests for SLA (= After Sales Department), including Purchase Order administration & reporting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage SLA Warehouse movements (in/out), both inhouse ( Waterleau Technics) and external (3PL)
• You book and coordinate transport orders. You take care of the correct documents (CMR, Certificate of origin, freight letters, inspections) and you declare goods with the concerned customs department (through Forwarders)
• Handle all transport requests for O&M Morocco, including Purchase Order administration & reporting
• Support the Moroccan colleagues in follow up of O&M Moroccan EU purchases from purchase to delivery and on forwarding to site in Morocco
• Follow up on Project transport & IT Systems (SAP S/4HANA)
• Procurement & logistics management: Prepare requests for quotations, purchase orders and follow-up on deliveries, follow up and control of all invoicing and payment conditions
• Support Sales department with transport & Logistics price requests and find suitable Logistics solutions
• Manage third party Logistics Vendors
• Complete transport files and store all documents as per legal and internal regulations

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree: Bachelor degree is required (Logistics/Office Management)
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar job
• Fluent in English & French (MUST)
• Accurate, flexible, organized & respects deadlines
• It knowledge: MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Knowledge of legislation & documentation of different transport modalities (Air, Ocean, Road, Express)
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods legislation (ADR, IMO, IATA)
• Knowledge of Customs regulations
• Knowledge of INCO Terms and commercial export documentation
